Physical Therapy

Our Physical Therapists are experts in movement, motor development, and body function (examples: strength and endurance). Working with children and their families so they can reach their potential to function and actively participate at home, school and in their community. We work with strengthening the muscles in areas where they are weak, which can significantly enhance balance, mobility and the ability to perform tasks that require sustained physical effort.

One-on-one PT session key focus areas:

  • Hypotonia
  • Musculoskeletal disorder
  • Delay in motor development
  • Balance and coordination difficulties
  • Neurological conditions (Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Neuromuscular Disorders)
  • Orthopedic conditions (joint hypermobility, muscle weakness, idiopathic toe walking, postural issues, recovery post fracture, sports injuries, chronic pain)

Our primary goal is to prevent, diagnose and treat movement dysfunctions and physical impairments.
