Key responsibilities / accountabilities

• Responsible for implementing the treatment plan developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) addressing communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs and social skills.
• Monitors the progress of a treatment plan and work closely with the BCBA to update the treatment plan as necessary
• Provide parent/caregiver training under the guidance of the BCaBA or BCBA.
• Maintain client program book and up to date data collection for clients on their caseload.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education or a related field.
• Must be certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Competencies

• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a high level of organization for file maintenance, daily, weekly and monthly record keeping.

Experience

• At least 2 years of work experience as an ABA Therapist working with individuals who have autism spectrum disorders and their families.
